Lamb Marrakech

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup yogurt

  • ½ Cup minced onion

  • 2 Tbsp lemon 'juice

  • 1 Tbsp minced garlic

  • 1 inch grated ginger

  • 1 Tbsp ground cumin

  • 2 tsp cracked pepper

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 6 1b boned leg of lamb, butterflied

Directions

Mix ingredients and rub on both sides of lamb.

Set aside for at least 4 hours at room temp or overnight in fridge.

Broil 2" from heat for 10 min on each side. Let rest 5 min before slicing.

Serve with mint chimichurri.
